William Floyd Biography

William Ali Bar None Floyd was born on February 17, 1972, and is a former American professional football player who now serves as a color analyst on the Seminole ISP Sports Network. Floyd played as a fullback in the National Football League. He played college football for the Florida State Seminoles. Floyd recorded 640 rushing yards, 293 receiving yards, and 20 touchdowns during his three seasons at Florida State. Floyd remains the last fullback ever selected in the first round of the NFL draft. In Super Bowl XXIX, he rushed for 32 yards, caught 4 passes for 26 yards, and scored a touchdown during San Francisco's 49–26 victory. His 1995 season ended in Week 9 after he tore three ligaments in his right knee during a goal-line running play.
