Vince Wilfork Biography

Vince Wilfork, born November 4, 1981, played 13 seasons in the NFL as a defensive tackle, primarily with the New England Patriots. He is regarded as one of the greatest defensive tackles of all time. Vince Wilfork earned first-team All-Big East recognition during his college football tenure with the Miami Hurricanes in 2003. During his tenure with the New England Patriots, he received five Pro Bowl selections and one first-team All-Pro honor. Wilfork won two Super Bowl titles during his NFL career. In his 2002 sophomore season, he recorded 43 tackles and seven sacks without starting a game. He was inducted into the University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame in 2019.
