Tyler Warren Biography

Tyler William Warren, born on May 24, 2002, is an American professional football tight end who has played in the National Football League. He played college football for the Penn State Nittany Lions and won the John Mackey Award in 2024 before being selected by the Indianapolis Colts in the first round of the 2025 NFL draft. As a senior, Warren recorded 1,149 passing yards and 14 touchdowns while also rushing for 677 yards and 10 touchdowns. He initially committed to Virginia Tech but later decommitted and reopened his recruitment to pursue college football elsewhere. During his true freshman season with Penn State, Warren appeared in two games while preserving his redshirt status. In his redshirt sophomore season, he caught 10 passes for 123 yards and scored three touchdowns. Tyler Warren demonstrated consistent performance during the initial phase of his first professional season.
