Perry Lamar Williams, born on May 12, 1961, is an American former professional football player who played as a cornerback in the National Football League. He was selected by the New York Giants in the seventh round of the 1983 NFL draft. He was a member of Richmond's 1978 state championship football team. Williams played college football for the NC State Wolfpack. He also competed in track for the Wolfpack and held the 55m indoor track record in 1983 with a time of 6.22 seconds. Williams won two Super Bowls during his tenure with the New York Giants. He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham in 1987, becoming one of the first two New York Giants players to complete the NFL degree completion program at the school.
