Nick Chubb Biography

Nicholas Jamaal Chubb, born on December 27, 1995, is an American professional football running back. Nick Chubb played collegiate football with the Georgia Bulldogs before being chosen by the Cleveland Browns in the second round of the 2018 NFL draft. Chubb earned Pro Bowl honors four times and was named to the second-team All-Pro in 2022 during his tenure with the Browns. Chubb was ranked by both Rivals.com and Scout.com as a four-star recruit. He entered his true freshman season as a backup to starter and future NFL running back Todd Gurley. Nick Chubb recorded 266 rushing yards in the 2014 Belk Bowl, setting a bowl game record and earning MVP honors. In 2016, Chubb recorded 142 rushing yards and a decisive touchdown against TCU in the Liberty Bowl after sharing carries with Michel for the final four regular-season games.
