Ladd McConkey Biography

Ladd McConkey, born on November 11, 2001, is an American professional football wide receiver who has played in the National Football League. He competed for the Georgia Bulldogs and helped the team win two national championships, earning the 2023 Wuerffel Trophy. McConkey recorded 36 total touchdowns and accumulated 3,051 total yards during his standout collegiate season. He was rated as a three-star recruit and committed to the University of Georgia on February 2, 2020, receiving his only Power Five offer. McConkey initially joined Georgia's scout team and redshirted during his first year with the program. In his redshirt freshman season, he made 28 receptions for 430 yards and scored five touchdowns. During the 2022 season opener, McConkey scored two touchdowns, one via reception and one via rush, against Oregon.
