Kyle Juszczyk Biography

Kyle Patrick Juszczyk, born April 23, 1991, is an American professional football fullback who has played for the San Francisco 49ers in the National Football League. He played college football for the Harvard Crimson and was selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the fourth round of the 2013 NFL draft. Juszczyk made history as the first Harvard alumnus to score a touchdown in a Super Bowl, achieving the feat during Super Bowl LIV. He holds the record for signing the two largest contracts in NFL history given to a fullback, with his 2017 deal with the 49ers being the largest at that time, later surpassed by his 2021 extension. Juszczyk competed in track and field during his collegiate years, winning the Suburban League championship in the shot put. He attended Harvard University, where he played tight end for the Crimson under coach Tim Murphy. Following his senior season in 2012, Juszczyk earned unanimous first-team All-Ivy League recognition.
