Kareem Jackson Biography

Kareem Jackson, born April 10, 1988, played 15 seasons as a defensive back in the NFL and now works as an area scout for the Denver Broncos. He played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide. The Houston Texans chose Kareem Jackson in the first round of the 2010 NFL draft. He recorded 66 tackles during a season, which ranked fifth-best on his team. As a sophomore in 2008, Jackson was eighth on the team in tackles with 44, including 28 solo tackles. As a junior in 2009, Jackson started in all 14 games and recorded the fifth-most tackles on the team with 49. On November 6, 2011, Jackson made a season-high six solo tackles and recorded a pass deflection in a 30–12 win over the Cleveland Browns.
