Jordan Davis Biography

Jordan Xavier Davis, born January 12, 2000, is an American professional football defensive tackle for the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL. He played college football for the Georgia Bulldogs, winning the 2022 College Football Playoff National Championship and earning top defensive honors in 2021. Davis was selected by the Eagles in the first round of the 2022 NFL draft. As a true freshman, he played in 11 games with four starts, recording 25 tackles and 1.5 sacks. During the 2020 season, he made 16 tackles and recorded a sack, helping lead Georgia to a 2021 Peach Bowl victory. After a perfect regular season, he and the Bulldogs lost to Alabama 41–24 in the 2021 SEC Championship. Davis earned Consensus All-American honors for his performance during the 2021 season.
