Jeff Heuerman, born on November 24, 1992, is an American former professional football player who played as a tight end for the Denver Broncos in the National Football League. He played college football for the Ohio State Buckeyes and was part of the team that won the College Football Playoff National Championship in 2015. Heuerman joined the Ohio State Buckeyes football team in January 2011 after enrolling early at Ohio State University. As a junior, he recorded 26 receptions for 466 yards with an average of 17.9 yards per catch and scored four touchdowns, earning conference honorable mention honors. On December 14, 2014, Heuerman accepted an invitation to play in the 2015 Senior Bowl alongside teammates Doran Grant and Michael Bennett. The Denver Broncos selected Heuerman in the third round with the 92nd overall pick in the 2015 NFL draft. Heuerman was a member of the Broncos team that won Super Bowl 50 on February 7, 2016.
