Jacob Misiorowski Biography

Jacob Walter Misiorowski, born April 3, 2002, is an American professional baseball pitcher who has played for the Milwaukee Brewers in Major League Baseball. He made his MLB debut in 2025 and earned his first All-Star selection the same year. His senior high school season in 2020 was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The shortened 2020 MLB draft to five rounds reduced his draft prospects, and he chose to pursue college baseball after missing his senior year. In 2021, he appeared in two games as a freshman at Crowder before a torn meniscus ended his season. During his second season at Crowder in 2022, he made 15 starts, posted a 10–0 record, and recorded 136 strikeouts in 76 innings with a 2.72 ERA. After the 2022 season, he participated in the MLB Combine and recorded the eight fastest pitches, averaging 99.8 miles per hour on his fastball.
