Hulk Hogan Biography

Terry Gene Bollea, known professionally as Hulk Hogan, was born on August 11, 1953, and passed away on July 24, 2025. Hogan held multiple championships worldwide and is recognized as one of the most prominent wrestlers in history. His first reign as WWF Champion lasted 1,474 days, and he won back-to-back Royal Rumbles in 1990 and 1991. In 1994, Hogan joined WCW and captured the WCW World Heavyweight Championship six times. Hogan's transformation into the villainous Hollywood Hogan and his role in the New World Order helped define the late 1990s wrestling boom. He returned to WWF in 2002 and won the Undisputed WWF Championship for a sixth time, a record he matched before leaving in 2003. Hogan had an older brother named Allan, who died at age 38 in 1986 from a drug overdose.
