Harris English Biography

Harris English, born on July 23, 1989, is an American professional golfer who has competed on the PGA Tour. He attended The Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and graduated in 2007. English committed to the University of Georgia as a high school junior and earned a business degree upon graduating in 2011. He secured his PGA Tour card for 2012 by finishing in a tie for 13th at the PGA Tour Qualifying Tournament. In January 2021, English claimed victory at the Sentry Tournament of Champions held at Kapalua Resort in Hawaii. Harris English gained entry to the tournament through his 2020 Tour Championship qualification and revised eligibility rules resulting from the 2019–20 PGA Tour season disruption. English won the 2021 Travelers Championship after a birdie on the eighth playoff hole against Kramer Hickok.
