Emeka Egbuka Biography

Emeka Egbuka (born October 14, 2002) is an American professional football player who has played as a wide receiver in the National Football League. He has played college football for the Ohio State Buckeyes and holds the program's record for career receptions. Egbuka was a standout athlete in baseball, having played as a center fielder during his youth. He was rated a five-star recruit and committed to Ohio State to play college football. Egbuka joined the Ohio State Buckeyes in January 2021 as an early enrollee, having missed his senior year at Steilacoom due to the pandemic. As a sophomore in 2022, Egbuka recorded over 1,000 receiving yards in a single season. On October 2, 2025, he was named the NFL's Offensive Rookie of the Month for September.
