Donald Wayne Money, born on June 7, 1947, was an American professional baseball infielder who played in Major League Baseball and Nippon Professional Baseball. He has served as the Brewers' special instructor of player development. Money spent most of his big league career as a third baseman and was selected as a four-time All-Star. He played for NPB's Kintetsu Buffaloes in Japan for one month near the end of his career. In a trade on October 31, 1972, Money was sent from the Phillies to the Brewers along with John Vukovich and Bill Champion in exchange for Jim Lonborg, Ken Brett, Ken Sanders, and Earl Stephenson. Late in his career, Money reached the post-season with the Milwaukee Brewers in 1981. In his only World Series appearance, Money and the Brewers were defeated by the St. Louis Cardinals in seven games during 1982.
