Christian Wilkins, born on December 20, 1995, is an American professional football defensive tackle who has competed in the NFL. He played college football for the Clemson Tigers and was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the first round of the 2019 NFL draft. Wilkins was rated as a five-star recruit and was ranked among the top players in his class during his high school career. He was a member of the Clemson team that defeated top-ranked Alabama in the 2017 College Football Playoff National Championship. During the 2018 season, Wilkins scored a touchdown in both the Florida State game and the South Carolina game. In Week 8 of the 2020 season, he recorded his first career interception during a 28–17 win against the Los Angeles Rams. Wilkins was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list by the Miami Dolphins on November 12, 2020, and was activated on November 25.
