Brooks Koepka Biography

Brooks Koepka, born on May 3, 1990, is an American professional golfer who competes on the PGA Tour. He has achieved the ranking of world number one in the Official World Golf Ranking. After his collegiate career with the Florida State Seminoles, Koepka turned professional in 2012 and earned promotion to the European Tour through three wins on the Challenge Tour in 2013. His first major championship victory came at the 2017 U.S. Open, marking the start of a successful streak in major tournaments. Koepka successfully defended his title at the 2018 U.S. Open and went on to win both the 2018 and 2019 PGA Championships. He played college golf at Florida State University in Tallahassee, where he captured three tournament titles and earned three-time All-American honors. In 2014, Brooks Koepka secured a win at the Turkish Airlines Open and achieved top-ten placements in the Dubai Desert Classic, Omega European Masters, and Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.
