Arch Manning Biography

Archibald Charles Manning, born on April 27, 2004, has played as a college football quarterback for the Texas Longhorns. He is a member of the prominent Manning family of American football players. During his freshman year, Manning served as the starting quarterback for Newman, becoming the first freshman to open the season in that role in over four decades. In the season’s final game against Dunham, Manning recorded 71 passing yards on 20 attempts with 10 completions. Manning concluded his freshman season with 2,509 passing yards and 34 touchdown passes, earning MaxPreps National Freshman of the Year recognition. He began his sophomore season with six touchdown passes in a single game against East Jefferson. Manning was named the starting quarterback for Newman again during his junior year in 2021.
