Antonio Brown Biography

Antonio Tavaris Brown Sr. born on July 10, 1988, played 12 seasons in the National Football League as a professional wide receiver. Antonio Brown played nine seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers and was recognized as a top receiver during that time. He played college football for the Central Michigan Chippewas and earned first-team All-American honors as a punt returner in 2008 and 2009. With the Steelers, Brown led the league in receiving yards twice and in receptions twice, and he also led in receiving touchdowns once. After a conflict with the Steelers, Brown was traded to the Oakland Raiders in 2019 but was released before the season began. He returned to the NFL in 2020 and joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, contributing to the team that won Super Bowl LV. In 2023, Brown acquired a majority stake in the Albany Empire of the National Arena League, a team that ceased operations later that year.
