Aaron Donald Biography

Aaron Charles Donald, born on May 23, 1991, played as a defensive tackle in the National Football League for 10 seasons with the Los Angeles Rams. He has been recognized as one of the greatest defensive players in football history. Before his professional career, he played college football for the Pittsburgh Panthers and won the Bronko Nagurski, Outland, Bill Willis, Chuck Bednarik, and Lombardi awards in 2013. Donald was named Defensive Player of the Year three times, earned Pro Bowl selections in all 10 seasons, and received eight first-team All-Pro honors. He played high school football at Penn Hills High School under head coach Ron Graham. As a senior, he recorded 63 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, and 11 sacks, earning first-team All-State Class AAAA honors. As a junior in 2012, he made 64 tackles, including 18.5 for loss and 5.5 sacks, and was named to the first-team All-Big East squad.
